Hi folks I'm Keith and come from and live in Hawick, joined the RAF at seventeen when they were still flying Sopwith Camels !!!.

I am into Running, Cross Country, 10k, Half Marathon I also do Triathlon and Mountain Biking among other things.

I am a qualified Landscape Gardener, but at the moment at college as a mature student  doing Brickwork, so if anyone needs a Gardener that can build walls, use a chainsaw and kill things with pesticide (mother in laws and wives a speciallity)  - I'm your man.

Looking to expand on the above activities and add some more adrenaline to my system, I don't drink, don't smoke, and don't go with dirty wimmin any more!!! Hell it's about time i got a life!!
